Research Skills -	I have completed two research studies from India's two renowned government institutions - Vidyasagar University and Indian Council of Social Science Research. Conducting empirical research as well as desk top research with following proper methodology. For the purpose of empirical research I am an expert in formulating hypotheses, preparing questionnaire for testing specific hypotheses, making proper sample size, field survey i.e., data collection process, and data  interpretation process.
Writing Skills - Excellent	Expert in editing, proof reading, and designing.
Interactive Skills - Advanced	Having strong networks in various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, E-Mail, Face book, What's App etc. Attending seminars and conferences, and visiting formal and informal meetings and functions give an extra mileage to reach the readers, scholars, customers, publishers and other authors of different fields. Vidyapith (H.S) under West Bengal School Education Department	Duties and responsibilities include : teaching the students, preparing them for Youth Parliament competition and other cultural programs, attending Managing Committee meetings as a Teachers' Representative, taking students out in educational tours etc. and the works other than teaching given by the Head Master from time to time.
Head Master with 5+ years experience from 2015 - till date S.M. Nagar Derozio Smriti Vidyalaya (High) under West  Bengal Education Department	Duties and responsibilities include : teaching the students, and keeping liaison with guardians, members of managing committee, government offices and local people, monitoring classes, solving different day to day problems of students, listening to problems of guardians and other stake holders, allotment of provisional classes to the teachers, supervising the teachers, non-teaching staff and students performances, maintaining overall discipline in the school preparing reports and sending the same to the respective departments in time preparing audit and submission of the audit report to the District Inspector after getting it approval from the Managing Committee participating in different government cultural competitions, games and sports and academic training programs, provide infrastructural facilities to the students as well as teachers, conduct Managing Committee meetings, Staff Council meetings, Academic Council meetings and guardians meetings as per government circulars and necessities.

Project Director with 2 years experience 2015-2017 Indian Council of Social Science Research under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, New Delhi.	Topic of Project: Gender Empowerment in Local Governments – Myth and Reality: The Indian Scenario. The research was conducted in three Indian states viz. Tamil Nadu, West Bengal and Rajasthan. The study was completed within the stipulated time i.e. 24 months and submitted the report to the concerned Institute – Indian Council of Social Science Research – Eastern Region with audited expenditure statement.
