The distribution of doles from the government exchequer is a tool to turn ‘human
resources’ into dull, worthless and ‘burden of the state’. Further, through the
introduction of Right to Education and Mid-Day Meal , the Union Government has been
producing semi-conscious and very low quality students, who will, instead of taking this
country ahead, make a mess in every sphere of work where they will participate in the
coming days. Today’s students are the tomorrow’s helmsmen – is being forgotten by the
governments. Hence, India needs a sound education policy, and it must take care of the
people’s capacity building. Unbiased and scientific knowledge of the people can only
take this country ahead.
